User Interface & User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications Develop prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on user feedback Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX projects Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards Experience in interaction design and animation tools Exposure to usability testing tools and analytics platforms
