Hiring: Founders Office/ Life COO

This is not a traditional founder's office role. You are the founder’s

personal bandwidth multiplier

- owning everything outside the business and running it with precision, systems, and taste.

If something matters in the founder’s life, you make sure it happens flawlessly.

You’ll own: Health & personal performance (diet, workouts, recovery, doctors, grooming) Family operations (birthdays, events, travel, gifting, touchpoints) Friends & relationships (CRM, dinners, trips, thoughtful follow-ups) Weddings, travel & major life moments (venues, vendors, aesthetics, execution) Personal admin (calendar hygiene, logistics, renewals, vendors, paperwork) You don’t wait for instructions. You take vague inputs and turn them into executed outcomes.

You will build systems: A Life Dashboard (goals, people, events, admin) Family + Friends CRM with automated reminders
