Location: Pune Mode: Hybrid (3–4 Days WFH) ⏳ Notice Period: 0–15 Days (Immediate joiners preferred) ‍ Experience: 4+ Years Total | Minimum 2 Years in GenAI

Key Responsibilities: Build and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI features for large-scale systems Integrate LLMs into real-time production environments Collaborate closely with cross-functional AI/ML teams Ensure compliance in regulated environments, focusing on data privacy and high encryption standards Drive strategic AI-led transformation initiatives Deploy and manage AI solutions on Microsoft Azure (AI services & cloud deployment)

Must-Have Skills: ✔ 4+ years of overall software/platform engineering experience ✔ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI ✔ Strong experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications ✔ Experience working in highly regulated or data-sensitive environments ✔ Hands-on expertise in Azure AI deployment ✔ Proven experience handling AI-driven transformation projects
