About the Role:
The Manager, Data Engineering & Analytics leads and supports a globally distributed team of Data Engineers and Senior Analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of data products from intake through production release.
This role is responsible for people leadership, execution management, and operational excellencepartnering closely with onshore engineering, analytics, and business leaders to align priorities, implement best practices, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness. The manager enables engineers and analysts to be successful by providing clarity, coaching, performance management, and strong cross-team coordination.
Success in this role is measured by team health and performance, delivery predictability, quality of outcomes, adherence to standards, and strong alignment with onshore partners.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
11–14 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering roles, including people leadership
Proven experience managing teams in a global or offshore delivery model
Strong ability to lead through influence, clarity, and structured execution
Must Have Skills:
Experience managing
Data Engineers, Analysts, or similar technical roles
Strong people leadership, performance management, and coaching capabilities
Experience supporting data delivery lifecycles from intake through production release
Ability to partner effectively with onshore teams and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution management skills
Familiarity with modern data platforms, lakehouse concepts, and analytics workflows –
Strongly preferred, familiar with concepts
Experience using
Jira , Confluence, or similar tools for planning, tracking, and documentation
Clear, effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have:
Experience leading teams supporting lakehouse or cloud data platforms
Exposure to medallion (bronze/silver/gold) data architectures
Experience driving process improvement or delivery transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery models
Experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments
