Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Interior fit-its and modular works - Ability to independently handle site supervision - Experience managing carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters and other trades - Capability to guide and support onsite workers for smooth execution - Responsible for material management at site - Endure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Strong coordination and communication skills - Knowledge of floor plans, space plans and AutoCad - Must be a team player contributing to the company's growth - Flexible with working hours based on site requirements and work completion

Preferred Skills

- Civil Engineer - Hands-On site experience in residential / commercial interiors - Problem solving and decision making on site - Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements
