It operates as part of Gennomic , founded by operators who have built and scaled technology products from idea stage to multi-million USD annual revenue, working with Fortune 1000 brands, global media groups, and enterprise partners across international markets.

This is an early-stage initiative and an opportunity to contribute to building a globally positioned AI intelligence brand from the ground up.

Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern with modern design taste, futuristic thinking, and strong creative instincts

to shape and evolve the visual identity of Generative Insider.

This is

not a standard design role.

Your work will be evaluated based on: • originality and creative thinking • modern and futuristic design language • attention to detail, typography, and visual hierarchy • and your ability to create attention-commanding, brand-defining visual experiences

You will work closely with the founding team and collaborate with the Founder Relations & Editorial Executive and GTM Engineer, making design a critical part of Generative Insider’s growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities •

Design high-quality social media visuals for LinkedIn and other platforms • Create creative assets for interview launches, editorial stories, and announcements • Design merchandise concepts, event brochures, and brand collateral • Develop and evolve Generative Insider’s visual identity and creative direction • Maintain visual consistency while introducing fresh, modern, and futuristic design ideas • Collaborate closely with internal team members to translate ideas into compelling visual formats

What We Are Looking For •

Strong creativity demonstrating modern, minimal, or futuristic design thinking • Ability to think creatively beyond templates and generic formats • High attention to detail and design fundamentals • Comfortable using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar • Strong interest in modern technology, AI, or future-focused brands

Most importantly: We are looking for designers who bring original thinking, not just execution.

design evaluation task within 24 hours

of receiving the brief

As part of the evaluation process, selected works may be

published on Generative Insider’s official LinkedIn page with full creator credit.

Top creative submissions will also receive recognition and performance-based rewards.

Final selection will be based on: • creative quality • originality • design thinking • speed and ownership • and alignment with Generative Insider’s brand direction
