Role: AI/ML Engineer Exp : 6-12yrs Remote

Job Discription:

Key Responsibilities: • Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services. • Develop and optimize prompts for LLMs to enhance model performance. • Write and integrate Python code for AI models, data ingestion, and automation. • Implement open-source frameworks and advanced AI techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). • Build, configure, and manage AI Agents using Azure AI Foundry and similar platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Evaluate and integrate multi-cloud AI capabilities, including Google Vertex AI and Gemini with grounding.

Qualifications: • Experience building and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI services and OpenAI. • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry Agents or equivalent agent-orchestration frameworks. • Familiarity with Google Vertex AI, including model tuning, pipelines, and Gemini models with grounding. • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for workflow orchestration and LLM application development. • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI model development. • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and its capabilities. • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs, RAG, vector search, and model evaluation. • Knowledge of solution architecture, design principles, and best practices for scalable AI systems.
