Job Description – Junior Operations Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Experience: Fresher / Less than 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are looking to initiate the hiring process for a Junior Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career in operations, data handling, and process coordination. The candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, audits, and internal process coordination while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes

• Assist in operational audits, data validation, and compliance checks

• Maintain and update operational reports using MS Excel

• Coordinate with internal teams for process tracking and issue resolution

• Analyze basic data to identify discrepancies and improvement areas

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational records

• Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous process improvement

• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BCA or MCA (Preferred)

• Experience: Freshers / Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome

• Excellent communication skills.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of data handling and operational processes

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy
