About the Role We are looking for an energetic Event & Community Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our community operations—helping to plan events, engage with members, and ensure every interaction on our platform is valuable. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Event Coordination:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing community meetups (virtual and offline). Community Engagement:

Serve as the first point of contact for members, ensuring timely communication and support. Member Outreach:

Coordinate with participants, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth event experiences. Operational Support:

assist with sales support activities, database management, and post-event feedback collection. Content & Service:

Help maintain community standards and provide excellent service to our members.

Ideal Candidate Profile Must be based in Bengaluru

and willing to work in a hybrid model. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Passionate about events, people, and community building. Background in Event Management, Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.
