Key Skills: • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing staff and leading a team. • 7-10 Yrs Pharmacy Operations. • Experience: pharmacy setting, including experience with pharmacy management systems, is typically required. • Knowledge of Regulations: Deep understanding of Indian pharmacy laws, licensing, and compliance rules. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and implement solutions. • Financial Acumen: Understanding of pharmacy budgeting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Workflow: Ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Staff Management: Hiring, training, and managing pharmacy staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and controlling medication inventory, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.

Compliance & Safety: Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns related to medication dispensing or service.

Financial Management: Managing the pharmacy budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial performance.

Process Improvement: Analysing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize workflows.

Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance programs, monitoring medication errors, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Collaboration: Working with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure proper medication management.
