Designation: Senior Process Executive/ Process Specialist
Mandatory Skills:
Merchant Financial Services, Settlement Operations Support, TSYS application, Merchant Financial Services in Banking, Retail Banking operations, ACH, Disputes Chargeback, Exceptional Handling (Banking and Payments domain).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Issue Resolution
Respond to and resolve out-of-balance requests.
Address adjustments, rejects, and missing payment issues.
Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and research qualification issues.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Perform detailed analysis of funding and ACH-related files.
Identify and report errors in merchant funding processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Process Management
Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-7 years of experience in client operations, financial services, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ACH processing and merchant funding.
Knowledge of billing systems and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with financial compliance standards.
Documents to Carry:
Carry a printout your updated resume.
Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
Mandatory to carry:
Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.
