About the Role

We are looking for energetic, street-smart, and well-connected individuals to join us as City Growth Partners.

As a Community Partner, you will represent the platform in your city and help expand a growing community of professionals, creators, and businesses. Your role will focus on building relationships, creating local visibility, and onboarding members through meaningful connections and partnerships.

This is an on-ground growth role, ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and creating opportunities within local professional and creative ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Community Growth

Connect with professionals, creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses Introduce them to the platform and its benefits Guide interested individuals to join the community

Business & Outlet Partnerships

Identify and approach cafes, studios, co-working spaces, and high-footfall locations Build partnerships that promote visibility and engagement Create opportunities for collaborations and promotions

Local Networking & Promotion

Represent the platform in your city Build relationships with local communities and professional groups Encourage discovery and participation within the ecosystem

Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Maintain a pipeline of potential members and partners Conduct follow-ups and nurture relationships Coordinate with the central team to ensure smooth onboarding

Compensation & Incentives

Earning can go upto ₹50k to 250k/month (Fixed + Conversion + Milestone Bonus)

Fixed Support: ₹15,000 / month

Conversion Incentives 250 – up to 30% revenue share per successful conversion Your earnings grow directly with the number of members you onboard.

Milestone-Based Performance Bonuses (Monthly) upto ₹50,000

Top performers can earn significantly higher monthly payouts through incentives and milestone rewards.

Who Should Apply

Strong communication and networking skills Comfortable approaching professionals and businesses Passionate about community building and partnerships Self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented Familiar with local cafes, studios, creative spaces, and business hubs 2-5years of Experience in sales, marketing, events, or community roles is a plus
