Junior Recruiter

Hiring for an IT Recruiter (Domestic to UK/EU Transition Role) in Bangalore – HSR Layout (On-site)-Immediate joiners only

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: Flexible to align with UK hours (1 PM - 10 PM)

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience (Domestic/India hiring)

- Strong interest in learning and transitioning into UK & EU recruitment markets

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Passion to build a career in international staffing

- Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Get trained and handle UK & EU IT requirements

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking

- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders

- Maintain ATS tools for accurate tracking and reporting

- Ensure excellent candidate and client experience
