Role Summary
The Regional Manager will lead end-to-end regional operations including Sales, Service, Network Expansion, and Profitability. This role carries full regional P&L ownership and is responsible for scaling large multi-city retail and service networks.
Key Responsibilities
Own complete regional P&L including revenue, margin, cost control, and working capital.
Drive multi-region sales, retail operations, and service excellence.
Scale dealership / COCO retail network across cities and micro-markets.
Lead Area Managers, and cross-functional regional teams across sales and after sales.
Improve store productivity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Ensure operational rigor through SOP implementation and KPI dashboards.
Collaborate with central teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR) for seamless execution.
Drive rapid expansion while maintaining unit economics and operational discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10–13 years of multi-region leadership experience in Sales / Operations / Service.
Strong experience managing large dealership or retail ecosystems.
Proven track record of scaling regional networks with full P&L accountability.
Tier 1/2 MBA preferred with rapid career progression.
Background from Automotive (2W/4W/EV), Retail, Telecom or Banking sectors.
Strong cross-functional exposure and data-driven decision-making ability.
