We’re Hiring: Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist (IT Services)
Remote | Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + ₹25,000 per successful project conversion
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience managing paid campaigns for IT services, software development, SaaS platforms, and AI application development.
This role is strictly for candidates with strong hands-on Google Ads expertise, particularly in generating international B2B leads for IT service companies. Candidates with experience running Google Ads campaigns targeting Europe and Middle East markets will be given priority.
First Priority – Very Important: Google Ads Expertise
Applicants must have proven experience in Google Ads campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and conversion tracking for IT services. Candidates without real performance results in Google Ads for IT services will not be considered.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for software and AI development services. The goal is to drive qualified prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and support project conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize high-intent B2B Google Ads campaigns for IT services
Generate 20–30 qualified leads per month from international markets
Build keyword strategies focused on software development and AI services
Write high-converting ad copies and provide landing page optimization recommendations
Set up accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Run A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI
Monitor campaign performance and reduce cost per lead
Deliver weekly campaign performance reports with actionable insights
Mandatory Requirements
3–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for IT service companies
Proven expertise targeting Europe and Middle East markets
Experience promoting software development, SaaS platforms, AI projects, or custom IT services
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization
Proven ability to generate high-quality B2B leads from Google Ads
Experience handling high-ticket IT service lead generation campaigns
Success Metrics (KPIs)
20–30 qualified leads per month
Maintain target cost per lead benchmarks
Achieve 3–5 project conversions within 90 days
Strong ROAS and measurable pipeline contribution
