This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute the company’s social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include managing content creation, optimizing campaigns, analyzing social media metrics, and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Other day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with creative and marketing teams, launching paid campaigns, conducting audience research, and moderating social media communities to foster meaningful interactions. Expertise in Social Media Management, Content Planning, and Campaign Strategy Proficiency in Analytics Tools, Social Media Platforms, Scheduling Tools, and Paid Ad Management Strong Communication, Copywriting, and Creative Thinking Skills Experience in Audience Engagement, Community Management, and Trend Analysis Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred Prior experience in handling brand strategies for industries like FMCG is a plus
