Travel with in assigned territory will be >50%.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chemical/Biotech Engineer to join our team. As a 2-10 years experienced Bioprocess Sales, you will be involved in various aspects of the Technical Positioning, testing, selling, training of Bio-Pharma products.

Key Responsibilities: • Position Consumables and Hardware used in Bioprocess to customers involved in manufacturing, R&D, MSAT, Projects and QA for the modalities of Vaccines, mAb’s, rDNA Products, Cell and Gene Therapies • Collaborate with Bioprocess Technical Sales in tracking the lead, opportunity and ensuring business closure • Ensure pipeline of opportunities are tracked on a regular basis and forecasting are met. • Achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales target and delivery/feedback from customer are gathered on a regular basis. • Ensure CRM is updated with the entire assigned territory opportunities/Lead. • Ensure a strong relationship with the customer organisation is maintained. • Participate in marketing events, trade shows in creating brand awareness of the organisation. • Covering assigned territory to ensure business maximisation is possible. • Tracking competition and their activities as well as customer intelligence is gathered. • Forecasting the future trends of the customer needs and projects in pipelines. • Travel with in assigned territory will be >50%. • Ensure Sales Orders/Invoices/Payments/Bank Guarantees etc in terms of commercial activities are maintained.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Bioprocess Equipment’s, consumables (viz., Bioreactors, Chromatography systems, columns, TFF, Mixers, Integrity Testing machine, Filters, Cell Culture Media, Resins for Purification) • Hands on knowledge of Bioprocess Equipment’s and Consumables is an added advantage. • Familiarity of techniques like filtration, Resin’s usage, Media selection, Column Packing, IQ/OQ execution is a strong added advantage. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •Experienced in design, manufacturing, or product development. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
