Role Overview We are looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career sales professionals who possess strong communication, negotiation abilities, presentation skills, and a natural sales-driven mindset. The role involves helping businesses adopt EnKash’s solutions and consultative sales to streamline, improve and enhance financial efficiency. This is a B2B customer-facing role with ample learning opportunities, exposure to fintech products, and hands-on experience with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities -Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential business customers, conduct outbound calls, emails, networking, and research to create a healthy lead pipeline. • Understand merchant needs and map them effectively to our offerings.

-Sales & Customer Engagement • Deliver impactful product pitches explaining the value of EnKash’s products. • Assist customers through the onboarding and documentation process. • Negotiate commercial terms under senior team guidance. • Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads to active accounts.

-Product Expertise • Develop a strong understanding of EnKash’s products, workflows, features, controls, and use cases. • Demonstrate product capabilities via presentations and walkthroughs for prospective clients.

-Market Research & Intelligence • Gather insights on customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. • Share feedback to enhance product and sales process improvements.

-Collaboration & Reporting • Work closely with different team Operations, KYC/Compliance, and Customer Success teams. • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline status using CRM tools. • Prepare weekly performance reports and assist senior managers with business updates.

Key Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Confidence in speaking with business customers and decision-makers. • Natural sales aptitude with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport. • High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. • Ability to understand product features and explain them simply to clients. • Strong research and problem-solving skills. • Good organizational skills with attention to follow-up and closure. • Prior internship or exposure in Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development.

Education • Master’s degree in Business / Management • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
