Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Service Associate located in Trivandrum. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service. The F&B Service Associate will also handle reservations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, collaborate with kitchen staff, and ensure that all restaurant standards and protocols are adhered to for an impeccable dining experience.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to efficiently address guests' needs and maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Effective communication abilities to interact clearly with guests and collaborate with team members seamlessly. Analytical skills to address guest queries, manage reservations, and handle operational tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of finance and billing processes to ensure accurate order handling and payment transactions. Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an advantage. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
