Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who can own our social presence end-to-end — from strategy to execution, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

✓ Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

✓ Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and posting schedules

✓ Align content with brand goals, launches, and promotions

Content Creation & Optimization

✓ Create, review, and optimize Reels, posts, creatives, captions & hooks

✓ Ideate viral, trend-based, and brand-led content formats

✓Ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, saves & shares

Community & Brand Voice

✓Monitor and respond to DMs, comments & mentions

✓ Build a strong, consistent brand voice and community presence

✓ Collaborate with customer support and marketing teams when needed

Performance & Analytics

✓ Track insights and performance metrics regularly

✓ Analyze what’s working and what’s not (Reels, hashtags, formats, timing)

✓ Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

✓ Coordinate with design, marketing & performance teams

✓ Support paid campaigns with organic content strategy

✓ Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes & new features

Skills & Requirements

✓ Strong content strategy & caption writing skills

✓ Deep understanding of Reels, trends, hashtags & algorithms

✓Hands-on experience with analytics & performance tracking tools

✓ Experience with content calendars & campaign planning

✓ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

✓ Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead content direction
