Shrotra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of PP woven sacks with a strong global presence. With a production capacity of over 300,000 bags per day and exports forming a significant part of our business, we serve some of the world’s leading feed, food, and industrial companies. We are currently in process of expanding by another 100,000 bags per day.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our existing international customers. This is not a sales role — the focus is on execution excellence, communication, and coordination.

You will act as the key link between our customers, head office and factory, ensuring seamless order execution and outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with international customers via email and calls - Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication in English - Coordinate order execution between customers, production, and internal teams - Track orders, follow up on timelines, and ensure on-time dispatch - Maintain and manage reminders for commitments, deliveries, and customer requirements - Handle special instructions, custom requirements, and documentation accuracy - Work closely with factory and logistics teams to resolve any execution challenges - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive communication - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all export orders

Key Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in export customer management / coordination / documentation - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (critical) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Highly organized with strong follow-up and reminder discipline - Experience working with manufacturing/export companies preferred - Familiarity with export documentation and processes is a plus - Proactive, reliable, and process-driven mindset
