Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Operations Head

to lead planning, execution, and project management functions across multiple running sites. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in handling regional teams within the infrastructure/interior/construction sector.

Experience Required 10–12 years in planning, execution & project management Experience handling 5–6 running sites simultaneously Background in Infrastructure / Interior Designing / Construction / Real Estate firms (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage teams across

Planning, Execution, Billing, Collection, Vendor Management & O&M Supervise Project Managers / Team Leaders across multiple sites Establish structured review mechanisms and performance tracking Present MIS reports to Directors Ensure cost control and project profitability Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business Act as a brand ambassador for the company

Required Skills Strong leadership & team management capability Excellent project execution & cost control skills Vendor and client management expertise Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills Ability to travel across sites as per business needs.
