Role Objective: A key objective of this position is to driving the strategic development and management of product portfolio in the orthopedic segment. This role involves creating impactful scientific communication, building brand identity, fostering distributor relationships, and facilitating market expansion through innovative strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile: · Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy; additional management qualification preferred. · 8-10 years of product management experience with a reputed pharmaceutical or medical device company. · Demonstrated exposure to digital marketing strategies and experience in CME organization. · Track record of managing KOLs or contributing to KOL development. · Possesses a strong scientific aptitude coupled with effective communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and previous engagement with creative agencies. · Exposure to channel marketing strategies and familiarity with the orthopedic segment is desirable. · Experience in international marketing is an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive scientific communication strategies for various SKUs of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) products in our portfolio. 2. Work towards Indication Expansion & tapping of reimbursement market. 3. Collaborate closely with global distributors to ensure accurate and effective communication of product information. 4. Lead efforts to establish a distinct brand identity, defining brand guidelines for consistent implementation across all channels. 5. Design and produce marketing collaterals for both traditional and digital promotional campaigns. 6. Provide ongoing support to distributors participating in Product Management Systems (PMS), aiding in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development. 7. Coordinate with the Clinical Trial team to analyse and interpret PMS data statistically, extracting valuable insights. 8. Devise methodologies for market estimation in diverse countries and formulate strategies to enhance market share in specific regions. 9. Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform recommendations for innovative biotech product enhancements. 10. Develop comprehensive training modules and resources for both internal and external stakeholders. 11. Manage the participation in conferences, overseeing aspects such as coordination with organizers, booth preparation, and activity management. 12. Facilitate the organization of Investigator Sponsored Programs (ISPs) across global locations to foster KOL development.

Functional Skill Required: · Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device product management. · Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and experience in organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. · Proven expertise in managing KOL relationships and driving KOL development initiatives. · Exceptional scientific acumen coupled with effective communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in collaborating with creative agencies. · Exposure to channel marketing methodologies, with specific knowledge of the orthopedic segment being desirable. · Familiarity with international marketing practices, providing an added advantage.
