Position:
Business Analyst – Zoho Finance Apps (ERP Implementation)
>> Responsibilities:
Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation
Implement Zoho Finance applications, especially Zoho Books
Provide product training to clients on all Zoho Finance apps
Analyse business requirements and provide feasible ERP-based solutions
Gathering Client requirements, make BRD / FSD Documents.
Offer post-implementation support to clients and ensure successful onboarding
Develop strong functional expertise across Zoho Finance Suite

Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of business process & Transactional flow
Excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)
Analytical capabilities
Ability to understand business problems and map them to ERP workflows
Good communication skills for client interaction and training

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Commerce, MBA (Finance or BA), CA or related field
Prior experience with any ERP, Experience in Zoho Finance Apps or Internal control Audit Projects/tasks will be more advantageous
Freshers with a strong interest in ERP implementation and finance domain may also apply
