Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager, based in Kanpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The role involves designing effective HR strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing systems to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency. Collaborating with leadership, the HR Manager will also support talent development and maintain HR best practices across the company.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding Skilled in performance management, employee development, and training programs Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality Experience implementing organizational structures and processes Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field SHRM or related HR certification is a plus
