Engineering Recruiter

Job Title: Engineering Recruiter – Oil & Gas Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Process Engineering, Instrumentation, and Piping roles within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing technical positions and a good understanding of EPC projects. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Process Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, and Piping Engineers. Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Schedule and follow up on interviews. Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures. Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming EPC projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC sector. Strong understanding of: Process Engineering Instrumentation & Control Piping Design & Engineering Familiarity with EPC companies and project-based hiring. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. Preferred: Experience hiring for offshore/onshore projects. Immediate joiners preferred. Experience working with Middle East projects is an added advantage.
