PRIMARY LOCATION: - Bangalore
JOB SUMMARY:
A dynamic marketing professional with proven experience in end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution, and strong expertise in digital media buying and planning across industries.
REPORTING: Group Head, Digital
Develop comprehensive media strategies for existing clients based on the specific brand objectives and ongoing campaign requirements.
Lead strategy and planning for client campaigns across all digital buying models.
Plan and execute campaigns on major auction-based platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat Ads, Ecommerce.
Contribute to campaign performance reporting by transforming data into meaningful narratives and providing actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Identify opportunities to scale key business metrics—such as leads, sales, and conversions—and enhance overall campaign profitability.
Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance to improve outcomes across leads, sales, brand awareness, and reach.
Manage performance marketing with strong client servicing capabilities and drive strategic, forward-looking discussions.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
5-6 years of relevant work experience
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication
Solid understanding of marketing and media planning principles
Experience using technology to connect with key target audience segment
Experience of handling brands across various industry categories.
Hands on experience on analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, CleverTap)
Ability to troubleshoot pixel integration through GTM or Equivalent
Proficiency in digital media planning and trafficking softwares, including DoubleClick/DART (or equivalent), Similarweb and ComScore
Showcase leadership skills in training junior team members.

Excellent verbal and writing skills
Resourceful problem solver
Team player, and ability to work under pressure
Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be an advantage
