Position Overview We are looking for energetic and results-driven

Telecallers

to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into site visits and strengthening customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads Engage prospects to generate interest in our real estate projects Explain property details, pricing, and features to interested customers Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and customer feedback Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads Provide excellent customer service and answer queries professionally

Skills & Qualifications Minimum

1 year of experience

in telecalling / customer outreach Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi) Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to handle objections and maintain composure Basic understanding of real estate is a plus Proficient in MS Office or CRM tools (preferred)
