Hiring: Civil Purchase Engineer / Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Civil Purchase Engineer / Purchase Manager
for our Corporate Office in Chennai to handle procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of
civil construction materials
Vendor identification, evaluation & development
Floating enquiries, techno-commercial comparison & negotiations
Preparation of purchase orders & contract agreements
Coordination with project sites for material planning & delivery
Rate analysis and cost optimization
Monitoring material dispatch, logistics & payment follow-ups
Maintaining procurement MIS reports
Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies
Required Profile:
5–15 years of experience in
Civil Procurement
in EPC / Construction companies
Strong knowledge of civil materials (Steel, Cement, RMC, Structural Steel, Finishing Materials, etc.)
Experience handling corporate-level procurement for multiple projects
Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in handling large-scale commercial / industrial / infrastructure projects
Exposure to ERP systems
