Role Overview:
Weโre seeking a
Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer
with deep hands-on expertise in
custom development and platform extensibility . This is a
purely technical role , focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be senior enough to
advise on best practices ,
independently execute development work , and ensure high-quality, scalable implementations without taking on solution architecture responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CRM Development
Design, develop, and maintain
custom plugins ,
custom workflow activities , and
extensions
using C# and .NET.
Implement complex
business logic using Power Automate flows
(cloud and, where applicable, desktop flows).
Customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, charts, and business rules.
Develop and manage
JavaScript
customizations for form events and UI enhancements.
Power Platform
Build and optimize
Power Automate flows
integrating D365 CRM with internal and external systems.
Apply best practices for flow performance, error handling, security, and maintainability.
Support integration scenarios using Dataverse, connectors, and REST APIs.
Best Practices & Quality
Enforce
Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform best practices
across customizations and development.
Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and scalable.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers when required.
Maintain clean, well-documented, and version-controlled code.
Support & Enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing CRM implementations.
Support deployments across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production).
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
development.
Expertise in:
C# / .NET
CRM Plugins
Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
CRM customizations
Experience with:
JavaScript, Web Resources
Dataverse
REST / Web APIs
Security roles and field-level security
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solution management and ALM processes.
Experience & Mindset
Senior-level developer capable of working
independently with minimal supervision .
Proven ability to
advise on technical best practices
without acting as a solution architect.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Power Apps (Model-driven Apps)
Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
Experience in higher education or similar regulated environments (optional)
