About the Role We are looking for a

Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead solution design, guide implementation, and mentor team members — ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce delivery across

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud .

Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and user stories. Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Work hands-on with customization (flows, validation rules, process automation, reports, permissions, etc.). Collaborate with developers on Apex, integrations, APIs, and data migrations. Conduct impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Lead demos, UAT support, documentation, and end-user training. Mentor and support junior team members; promote best practices and code/config standards. Ensure governance, security, and alignment with Salesforce platform limits and release updates.

Must-Have Qualifications 4–5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce. Strong techno-functional background — comfortable with both business processes and technical solutioning. Hands-on expertise in

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud . If you have worked with

Data Enrichment

tools such as ZoomInfo, it will be a plus. Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and converting them into scalable designs. Good understanding of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards). Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and basic Apex/Lightning concepts. Experience mentoring or leading small teams or workstreams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications. Experience with DevOps (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
