*Role Overview**

• ULIO is seeking a Freelance UI/UX Designer responsible for designing clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces • The role focuses on interface design, layout structuring, and improving overall user experience across the platform

Key Responsibilities 1. Interface & Layout Design

• Design user-friendly and visually consistent interfaces across web and mobile platforms • Create structured layouts for dashboards, forms, onboarding flows, and feature pages • Ensure clarity, usability, and responsiveness across devices

2. UI Design Execution

• Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with ULIO’s design system • Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, color usage, and components • Design reusable UI components for scalability

3. User Experience Optimization

• Understand user journeys and improve usability across product flows • Identify UX gaps and propose design-led solutions • Ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interactions

4. Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes • Translate business requirements into structured design solutions • Iterate designs based on feedback and testing

5. Design System & Consistency

• Contribute to and maintain ULIO’s design system • Standardize UI components, layouts, and design patterns • Ensure consistency across all screens and modules

6. Collaboration with Product & Tech

• Work closely with product managers and developers • Ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff to development • Provide design specifications and assets

7. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices • Improve designs based on user feedback and data insights • Enhance usability, performance, and visual quality

Key Skills Required

Skills Required: * Strong hands-on experience in Figma (UI, UX, prototyping, design systems) * Proven ability to design clean, scalable web & mobile interfaces (dashboards, workflows, product flows) * Strong understanding of usability, layout, and user experience principles * Experience with developer handoff and design implementation readiness
