The PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire production process to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and efficient workflow. The role involves close coordination with sales, procurement, and production teams to meet business targets. Key Responsibilities:

Develop

daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

based on sales forecasts and order pipeline Coordinate with

sales, procurement, and production teams

to ensure smooth operations Ensure

availability of raw materials

as per production schedules Monitor

Work-in-Progress (WIP)

and finished goods inventory Plan and track

dispatch schedules

to meet customer delivery timelines Maintain

production MIS reports, data analysis, and documentation Identify

production bottlenecks

and implement corrective actions Optimize

capacity utilization and production efficiency Ensure adherence to

quality standards and production targets Lead and guide the PPC team for effective execution Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

production planning & inventory control Experience in

manufacturing industry (solar preferred) Proficiency in

ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysis Understanding of

supply chain and material planning Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent coordination and communication abilities Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
