- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to drive strategic decision-making. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Oversee month‑end activities, statutory compliance, tax matters and audits. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives. - Manage risk assessment and implement effective internal controls. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records. - Develop strategies for cost optimisation and revenue growth in the electronics industry. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team. - Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:
