Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) for a minimum 1-year contract, with the potential for extension. The role involves coordinating closely with international clients—primarily across North America—and supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium architectural render outputs.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and the internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers). Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and required deliverables including: Photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours and panoramic imagery, Walkthrough / animation videos, CAD and technical drawings, Provide creative and technical direction to enhance visualization outcomes. Oversee post-production tasks and ensure final images meet quality standards before delivery. Interpret, summarize, and translate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for the team. Support additional coordination or project-related tasks when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to international (especially US/Canada) clients. Strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline . 3 to 5 years industry experience (architecture) minimum. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and interior design drawings. Solid grounding in architectural and design terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong visual and aesthetic judgement with an eye for detail.
