Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for the assigned client
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
at multiple stakeholder levels
Ensure
smooth delivery of IFM services
(soft services, hard services, security, etc.)
Drive
service quality, SLAs, and KPIs
compliance
Oversee
site operations , vendor performance, and team management
Lead
review meetings , governance calls, and performance reporting
Identify opportunities for
account growth and value-added services
Manage
commercial aspects : budgeting, invoicing, profitability, cost control
Address client concerns and ensure
timely resolution of escalations
Ensure adherence to
safety, compliance, and statutory regulations
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong
client-facing and stakeholder management
skills
Excellent
communication & presentation abilities
Proven experience in
facility management / integrated services
Understanding of
manufacturing environment requirements
Knowledge of
SLAs, KPIs, audits, compliance, and safety standards
Commercial and financial management capability
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling
large/critical accounts
Exposure to
manufacturing / industrial clients
