Quality Engineer – Civil

(Site-Based) Location: Trinvandrum Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Commercial Construction / IT Infrastructure Job Summary: The Quality Engineer – will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction activities. This position ensures that the work carried out by contractors is in compliance with the project's quality standards, specifications, and relevant regulations. The Quality Engineer will support the Project Manager in ensuring that the project meets the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: ·

Implement and manage quality control systems on-site ·

Conduct regular site inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with contract specifications ·

Review and approve material and workmanship reports, ensuring all quality standards are met ·

Work closely with the Site Engineer and contractors to resolve quality-related issues ·

Ensure all construction work is compliant with safety and environmental regulations ·

Maintain quality assurance documentation, including inspection and testing records ·

Report any non-compliance and work with the project team to implement corrective actions Requirements: ·

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ·

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within construction projects ·

Knowledge of construction materials, testing, and quality management systems ·

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality control software ·

Fluent in English (Malayalam preferred)
