ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced

Senior ServiceNow Developer

with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform Strong hands-on configuration and customization in

ITSM modules

(Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.) Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with governance standards

Requirements Minimum

5+ years

of ServiceNow development experience Strong expertise in

ITSM implementation and support Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) Hands-on experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM) preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment Immediate availability is highly preferred
