Job Description
Knowledge Networks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Awards Project Manager
to lead the end-to-end delivery of the
Universal AI Awards 2026 , including a multi-region awards series (Europe, Asia, MENA) and the global finale in Miami (Dec 14–15, 2026), held alongside the G20 Summit.
This is a high-impact, international role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to deliver a world-class awards platform at the intersection of AI, policy, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
·
Lead the
end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery
of regional and global awards events
·
Develop and manage
project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk frameworks
·
Drive
sponsorship strategy , including acquisition, fulfillment, and long-term partner relationships
·
Coordinate cross-functional teams across
marketing, partnerships, communications, and operations
·
Oversee
event logistics and production , ensuring seamless on-ground execution across regions
·
Manage the
global jury process , including recruitment, evaluation workflows, and governance
·
Lead
communications, PR, and content delivery
for nominations, announcements, and winners
·
Monitor and control
budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
·
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure
on-time, high-quality delivery
What We’re Looking For
·
5–7 years of experience in
international events, awards programs, or large-scale project management
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA/PMP is a plus)
·
Proven experience managing
complex, multi-region projects and diverse stakeholder groups
·
Strong leadership, communication, and partnership development skills
·
Experience in
sponsorship management and revenue-driven events
·
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting
·
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Zoho or equivalent)
·
Interest or exposure to
AI, technology policy, or innovation ecosystems
preferred
·
Willingness to travel internationally

sponsorship revenue targets
and ≥75% partner retention
