About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

TPA & Billing Executive

to manage insurance coordination and hospital billing operations across our Bangalore locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in TPA processes, claims management, and hospital billing, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end

TPA (Third Party Administrator) processes , including pre-authorizations and approvals Coordinate effectively with

insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate/PSU panels Manage

patient billing , invoicing, and payment reconciliation Oversee

cashless and reimbursement claim processes

from initiation to closure Ensure accurate and timely

documentation and claim submissions Follow up with TPAs/insurers for

claim approvals, queries, and settlements Resolve discrepancies in billing and insurance claims Maintain records and ensure compliance with hospital and insurance protocols Support front desk and patient care teams for smooth billing and insurance workflows

Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred) 2–5 years of experience

in TPA handling and hospital billing Strong understanding of

insurance processes, claim cycles, and medical billing Good network/connectivity with

TPA, PSU, and corporate panels

is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office
