Key Responsibilities

The designer will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and supporting visual assets, including simple illustrations, for marketing, proposals, and client-facing communication. The role sits within a fast-moving environment and requires clear thinking, strong layout skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changing inputs.

This position focuses on turning content into well-structured, visually clear designs, from initial layout exploration through to final delivery. The designer is expected to take ownership of assigned work, manage multiple requests in parallel, and ensure all outputs remain aligned with the company’s global brand standards and visual guidelines.

Create high-quality visually enhanced presentations, layouts, documents and broucher, ensuring they meet brand standards. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and share clear design concepts and solutions. Support design strategy and concept development across projects. Streamline document workflows and processes to improve efficiency. Take part in project planning, assess resource needs and help define key milestones.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, clean layouts, and branding design Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Skills Required Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better). A portfolio that demonstrates complex visual work along with clear reasoning behind design choices. Strong creative judgment, offering fresh ideas while maintaining a high level of client service. Sharp attention to detail, with a strong grasp of typography, spacing and overall layout. Confident in guiding conversations with internal teams or clients to set direction and align on goals. Comfortable taking initiative and pushing for new approaches. Able to work on their own and contribute well within a fast-moving team environment. Positive, confident and supportive teammate with a flexible, proactive mindset. Pays close attention to detail and maintains high standards in typography, spacing and layout. Communicates clearly and can articulate design thinking in a simple, relatable way. Welcomes collaboration and values thoughtful feedback.
