Regional Operations Head – Gujarat

Location: Gujarat, India Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

We are looking for an experienced

Regional Operations Head

to lead and manage operations across large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects in Gujarat. The role requires a seasoned leader who can drive operational excellence, manage multiple project teams, and build strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead regional operations aligned with organizational strategic goals. Develop and implement operational plans to ensure

timely and cost-effective project delivery . Drive continuous improvement in

project execution, quality, and safety standards . Project Oversight Supervise multiple project teams ensuring adherence to

scope, schedule, and budget . Monitor

project KPIs

and implement corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with

statutory regulations, client requirements, and internal policies . Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the

primary point of contact for key clients in the region . Build and maintain relationships with

clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities . Resolve escalated issues and ensure

high levels of client satisfaction . Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor

Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineers, and support teams . Foster a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and innovation . Identify training needs and support

career development initiatives . Financial & Commercial Management Prepare and manage

regional budgets and forecasts . Ensure

profitability of projects through cost control and resource optimization . Support

business development and pre-sales initiatives , including bid reviews and client presentations.

Expertise & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

(Master’s preferred). 20–25 years of experience

in the

construction / PMC industry . At least

5 years in a senior operational leadership role . Proven track record managing

large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects across multiple locations . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
