Freelance Relationship Assistant-Investment

Role Summary-

You will act as the primary remote point of contact for bank relationship managers and corporate clients to capture private funding needs, maintain ongoing relationships, and qualify opportunities for the deal team. This is a freelance, remote role focused on outreach, relationship management, and accurate intake of financing requirements to feed origination pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Client and RM Outreach: Proactively contact bank relationship managers and corporate clients via email, phone, and video to introduce services and maintain regular touchpoints. - Requirement Gathering: Conduct structured intake calls to capture funding needs, deal size, timing, purpose, covenants, security, and preferred lenders/investors. - Relationship Management: Build and sustain trusted relationships with RMs and client contacts; track engagement and follow up on outstanding items. - Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify opportunities against basic credit, sector, and ticket-size criteria before passing to the origination team. - CRM Maintenance: Log all interactions, notes, and documents in the CRM; keep opportunity statuses current and accurate. - Coordination: Arrange meetings between clients, RMs, and internal teams; prepare briefings and deal summaries for senior staff.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-5 years in banking sales, corporate finance, capital markets, or client-facing roles with exposure to debt or private financing.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; ability to communicate professionally with senior bankers and corporate executives.

Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver results remotely.

Tools: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and video conferencing tools.

Engagement Terms and compensation

- Type: Freelance contractor, remote. - Hours: 1-2 hours a day , Flexible, with core overlap hours aligned to your time zone. - Compensation Model: success fee per closed mandate. After 3 months based on performance retainer fee plus commission.
