BIM Engineer Lighting

The BIM Engineer (Lighting) is a key part of the business that provides high quality of BIM Modelling solutions to enhance the user experience within our projects. You will be part of the team based in Inia and work closely with our colleagues in the ME.

Responsibilities

- Understand the lighting design production process Able to develop high-quality hand- sketches. - Have strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Sketchup and an understanding of Revit and BIM Provide support in the production of deliverables from concept to tender stages, including: - Production of BIM Modelling of Electrical lighting, glow plans, sections, elevations, sketch details) - Production of basic 3D modeling Production of Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD drawings (layouts, details, and zoning) - Production of BOQs, luminaire schedule and control schedules

Key Competencies / Skills Mandatory Skills

Ability to work independently technical understanding of BIM lighting and related disciplines Accurate production and attention to details Able to visually communicate lighting principles Day-to-day operation of the project tasks Project issues are discussed with colleagues or team leaders.
