Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable BI solutions. Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and data pipelines. Integrate multiple data sources using SQL, ETL tools, or Python scripts. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and governance in reporting. Collaborate with business teams and guide junior members when needed.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills

Strong skills in SQL, data visualization, data modeling, and DAX. Working knowledge of ETL, Python, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end BI solutions. Experience leading or mentoring a small team is an advantage.
