Project Manager

Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve project issues proactively. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership. Implement project management best practices and processes. Required Skills & Experience: 4–8 years of experience in project management or related roles. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello). Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications. Experience managing multi-location or cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
