This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cluster Manager located in Haryana, India. The Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support teams within the assigned cluster, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to ensure optimal productivity. They will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and addressing operational challenges. Additionally, the Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and provide leadership to drive team success and cohesiveness. Qualifications

Proven skills in team management, leadership, and collaboration Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in performance analysis Proficiency in planning and operational management, with an ability to drive business results Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience in implementing strategies for achieving organizational goals and addressing operational issues Ability to work in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment Experience in insurance sector, FMCG, channel management, reatils distribution and agent/advisors team building also preferred. Understanding of regional market dynamics, with knowledge of Haryana, India preferred Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
