Responsibilities- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions. Design and implement product catalog, pricing, discounting, and quoting processes. Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems (ERP, billing, CRM). Work with development teams to oversee configuration, customization, and integrations. Provide technical leadership on large CPQ projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Mentor developers and consultants on Salesforce CPQ architecture and design. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new CPQ features.

Requirements- Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration (product rules, price rules, discounting, approvals, guided selling). Expertise in Billing processes (invoicing, payments, collections) and Revenue recognition. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist. Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, ERP systems). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
