Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve business targets in the assigned territory.

Manage, coach, and motivate the field force.

Build strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

Execute brand strategies and ensure effective implementation.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Profile

Proven experience in Oncology sales.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
