Role Overview
The Head of Business Development will own
revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion
for SRV Media. This is a leadership role responsible for building scalable BD systems, closing large retainers, expanding enterprise accounts, and positioning SRV Media as a top-tier integrated digital partner across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Leadership
Own
new business revenue targets
(retainers + performance + project-based revenue)
Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue plans aligned with company growth goals
Build predictable sales pipelines across
Digital, Performance, Social, Creative, Media & Tech
Client Acquisition & Closure
Lead high-value client pitches, negotiations, and closures (mid-market to enterprise)
Close strategic accounts in
D2C, Ecommerce, Education, Fintech, BFSI, Real Estate, FMCG, B2B
Handle retainers, performance-based pricing, media spends, and long-term contracts
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Define GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new verticals and regions
Expand SRV Mediaโs footprint across
North, East, West India and International markets
Build partnerships, alliances, and referral ecosystems
Team Building & Leadership
Build and lead a
high-performing BD team
(Managers, AMs, Pre-sales)
Set clear KPIs, incentive structures, and performance dashboards
Mentor the team on consultative selling, solution pitching, and value-based selling
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Work closely with Performance, Creative, Strategy, Tech, and Account teams
Translate client problems into
integrated marketing solutions
Oversee pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and ROI projections
Founder & Leadership Collaboration
Work directly with Founders / VPs on growth strategy and revenue forecasting
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing benchmarks
Support long-term vision: scaling SRV Media into a
top 0.01% agency
Required Skills & Expertise
Deep understanding of:
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
Media Planning & Buying
Social Media, Influencer, Content & Creative ecosystems
Agency retainers, margins, and profitability
Strong negotiation, pitching, and stakeholder management skills
Experience building BD teams from scratch or scaling them rapidly
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management
Preferred Background
Digital / Integrated Advertising Agencies
Growth-stage or large-scale agencies
Candidates who have scaled revenue, not just managed accounts
